LOT PURCHASE PROCESS

All lots available for purchase in Windmill Village are listed here.

If you wish to purchase a vacant lot in our community, please contact the owner or agent directly using the information provided in the lot's advertisement. The corporate office does not facilitate this process.

Once you have a contract, but BEFORE you can close, the following approval process MUST be completed:

  1. You will need to fill out our Application to Purchase listed under the following:
    • Governance / Forms
    • Forms
    • Sales Application Packet
  2. Send the completed Application to the Windmill Village Office along with: 
    • Color copies of your driver’s license(s) for all occupants.
    • All fees requested on the Application to Purchase.
  3. Upon receipt of the above, please call the office to schedule a phone or in-person interview.
  4. Once you have been approved, you can now close!
