HOME RENTAL PROCESS

All homes available for rent in Windmill Village are listed here.

If you wish to rent a home in our community, please contact the owner or agent directly using the information provided in the home's advertisement. The corporate office does not facilitate this process.

Once you have an agreement with the home owner to rent their unit, but BEFORE you can move in, the following approval process MUST be completed:

1. You will need to fill out our Application to Rent form, which can be found on this website under the "forms" category.
2. Send the completed Application to the Windmill Village Office along with:
   • Color copies of your driver’s license(s) for all occupants.
   • The $100.00 application fee. Payable by check made out to Windmill Village.
3. Upon receipt of the above, the manager will schedule a phone interview with you.
4. Once you have been approved, you can now move in!
